1.Camera For Autonomous Driving And Robotics
For early stage of autonomous driving/robotics research and development, it is difficult to find suitable camera, as most cameras are designed for human-vision based application, not for machine vision. We provide camera modules with large pixel size, high dynamic range, as well as ISP tuning, offering good quality image and high reliability. Using GMSL serializing technology, our cameras benifit high bandwidth digital data transmission, long distance connection, as well as good immunity to electromagnetic interference.2.Design And Manufacturing

With years of expertise on mechanics, optics and electronics, we provide the service of camera module design and manufacturing. To meet with the requirement and criteria for automotive and robotics applications, we always consider the reliability as important as functionality. To such an extent that we choose the materials that work within higher range of temperature variance, and the chips that have functional safety, also, we use the lens and structures that are more resilient to mechanical vabirations.
The process of camera production and manufacturing is conducted in the following ways: PCBA programming, PCBA/Sensor/Shell cleaning, product assembly, automated focus tuning, image clarity testing, leakproof test, temperature test, and appearance inspection. With those process, we are proud to provide high quality product for our customers.
3.Easy Data Access
We provide camera driver for most popular platforms, making it easy for users to acquire camera data. We have developed adapter boards for NVIDIA Jetson series, Raspberry Pi series and others, allowing researchers who develop the image-based algorithm on those platform to access camera via V4L2/ROS interface. We also have PCIE image capture cards, which serve to transmit camera data to host machine.4.ISP Tuning And Image Test
To offer the best image quality of our cameras, we also provide ISP tuning service and image test. Our expertise includes the following parts: camera calibration, white balance correction, lens distortion test, image sharpness, resolution test, color restoration, signal-to-noise ratio test.
